Need to Change Service?

We aim to keep our customers satisfied, and we are dedicated to providing the services you desire and require, free from unnecessary complications and delays.

We have no contracts, which means there are no fees associated with service changes, cancellations, or early terminations.
Contact us to let us know what works best for you.

You can upgrade or downgrade your packages, add or remove services, or cancel your services at any time.

Moving?

If you are moving to a location where Tombigbee Fiber is available, you’ll need to return your current fiber equipment to one of our office locations. You will receive new equipment at your new location.

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange to have your internet service connected at your new home.

If you are moving to a location where Tombigbee Fiber is unavailable, we’ll close your account. You’ll need to return the equipment to one of our office locations.

​

If equipment is not returned to one of our office locations, you will be charged equipment collection fees.
