Review these questions and use your Tombigbee Fiber Internet to troubleshoot first. It may not only fix the issue but save you time.​​

  • Are any devices online or is the issue isolated to one device, one website, or one area of the home?

  • Do you have the power to the Wi-Fi router? What color are the lights?

  • Has any cabling or equipment been damaged, moved, or unplugged?

  • When completing a speed test within the Tombigbee Fiber App, what are the results?

  • Are the non-working devices connected to the correct network if multiple networks are set up?

Stay Up to Date

Information about both planned outage and system maintenance windows are sent via text message to the main phone number on the customer's account.
